Kingman Ind. Mrs. Geraldine W. Ocheltree, 68, formerly of Kingman, died shortly after noon Saturday, June 16 1979, at the Covington Manor Nursing Home, where she had been a resident for the past few months. She attended the Kingman Community Church. She also was a member of the Chariot Rebekah Lodge 517. Born Aug 19 1910 at Silverwood, Ind., she was a daughter of Cecil and May Paschal Jackson. On Sept 20 1928, she married Cletus Ocheltree. He died on Feb 6 1968. Survivors include her mother, Mrs. May Jackson of Kingman; two sons, Richard of Perrysville and Donald George of Atlanta, Ga.; a daughter, Mrs. Garold (Gloria) Ottinger of New Richmond, Ind.; six brothers, Dalton Jackson of Phoenix, Ariz., Herschel Jackson of Cayuga, Leon Jackson of Norfolk, Va., Jackie Jackson of Danville, Ill., Howard Jackson of Kingman and Bobbie Jackson of Rockville; three sisters, Mrs. Imogene Horton of Danville, Ill., Mrs. Betty Weiss of Speedway and Mrs. Barbara Dowers of Cayuga; and two grandchildren. A sister preceded her in death. Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Woodrow Funeral Home in Kingman. The Rev. Glenn Ray will officiate. Burial will be in Kingman Fraternal Cemetery. Kingman - Mrs. Geraldine W. Ocheltree, 68, a former Kingman resident died Saturday afternoon in the Covington Manor Nursing Home following an illness of several months. Born in Silverwood, Ind she was married in 1928 to Cletus Ocheltree and he died in 1968.  She was a member of Chariot Rebekah Lodge at Kingman Community Church. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Garold (Gloria) "Peggy" Ottinger of New Richmond; two sons, Richard of Perrysville and Donald George of Atlanta, Ga; her mother, Mrs. May Jackson of Kingman; three sisters, Mrs. Imogene Horton of Danville, Ill; Mrs. Betty Weiss of SPeedway and Mrs. Barbara Dowers of Cayuga; and six brothers, Dalton Jackson of Phoenix Ariz; Hershel Jackson of Cayuga; Leon Jackson of Norolk, Va; Jackie Jackson of Danville, Ill, Howard Jackson of Kingman and Bobbie Jackson of Rockville.

Ocheltree, Mrs. Geraldine - Friends may call 5-9 p.m. today at Woodrow Funeral Home, Kingman.  Services there 10 a.m. Tuesday. Interment Kingman Fraternal Cemetery. Also surviving are two grandchildren.  Her father and a sister preceded her in death!
